You keep ownership of the domain the whole time — we just point it to the finished site and handle the technical setup so it’s seamless.

Two revision rounds are built into every project. (Round 1) On day 3 you will get your first preview, you can give input on general style, layout and messaging direction. (Round 2) After Day 7 we deliver a functional prototype where we begin tweaking the details. A “round” means you review the site and send all your feedback together, and we apply it in one focused pass. After launch, ongoing tweaks are handled through your Care Plan.

No. We work async-first — most communication happens over email and shared previews, on your schedule. We’ll do one focused kickoff, and an optional review call if you’d like one, but we deliberately keep meetings to a minimum so the project doesn’t eat your week.
